Warm small amount between fingers and apply to face or body as needed to nourish and restore skin.

To help extend the life of your product, use clean hands when applying, avoid introducing water into your jar and store your product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. When properly stored, our products will remain fresh for up to 12 months after delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 72 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. We encourage customers to review all ingredients and product information prior to purchasing to ensure the product is suitable for their individual needs and preferences.

We stand behind the quality of our products and take great care in producing each item in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as we are unable to estimate or control customs fees charged by individual countries.

We strive to formulate our products with ingredients that are as natural as possible while while avoiding unnecessary synthetic stabilizers and preservatives. Because of this, some of our tallow-based products may naturally soften or melt when exposed to heat during transit, especially during warmer months.

Changes in texture, consistency, or appearance caused by temperature fluctuations are completely normal and do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If your product arrives softened or melted, simply allow it to re-solidify in a cool area before use.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that our products may be affected by temperature changes during shipping. Softening or melting during transit is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for refunds or returns.
